About this collaboration
Women in business are required to adopt traditional ‘alpha male’ traits in order to be successful. We are taught that we must be dominant, territorial, and exploitive.
The structure of capitalism is built around these traits.
As women, and as entrepreneurs in this new age we’re here to reimagine business ownership. Rather than adjust our personalities and character traits to dominate industries that need no need dominating, we want to run our businesses like our mothers would… with all the love and nurture in the world, with passion, with regard for the community we live in.
We aim to lead with a softer voice that still holds weight in a room with others shouting at their loudest.
This collaboration is all about the new age of entrepreneurship that we’re entering- one that celebrates traits that are instead traditionally regarded as ‘feminine:’ cooperativeness, sensitivity, humility, tenderness, and devotion.
